About us

 

The Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology of Mendel University in Brno (LDF MENDELU) has a century-long tradition and offers the opportunity to obtain a quality university education in the Bachelor's (B.Sc.), Master's (MA.) and Doctoral (Ph.D.) levels.

The quality of teaching is guaranteed by excellent technologies and procedures. The comprehensiveness of the information acquired ensures the traditional good employability of graduates in practice. Studying at MENDELU is associated with an almost family atmosphere, which allows an individual approach to the students.

LDF students gain practical experience in MENDELU's 10,205 hectares of university forests located near Brno.

MENDELU campus is located close to the city centre, allowing students to take full advantage of the 6th best city in the world.
